Supports HR operations across a school and contributes to a structured, compliant and efficient function supporting school leadership and staff wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations across the school.
- Maintain accurate and compliant digital and physical employee records.
- Prepare contracts, amendments, renewals and official correspondence.
- Contribute to onboarding and offboarding and coordinate visa documentation where required.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, candidate documentation and offer paperwork.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with Finance and administer employee benefits.
- Provide day-to-day employee-relations support and escalate complex or sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Four to six years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws and employment practices; Qatar experience is preferred.
- Experience with payroll processes and HR data systems.
- Strong organization and attention to detail; confident communicator comfortable working with school leadership.
- Experience in education or a similarly regulated sector is preferred.
