Recruitment and employee lifecycle
- Manage recruitment from job advertising and sourcing through screening, interviews, offers, documentation, and joining.
- Coordinate onboarding, document collection, induction, system access, and employee offboarding and clearance.
Payroll, attendance, and employee relations
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, incentives, salary records, and WPS-related requirements with Finance.
- Maintain attendance and leave records and prepare reports.
- Support engagement activities, employee feedback, grievances, recognition, and retention initiatives.
HR administration and reporting
- Communicate HR policies and support disciplinary and performance matters.
- Coordinate employment documentation and UAE-related employee administration with relevant teams.
- Maintain personnel records, HR systems, trackers, performance schedules, and management reports.
Candidate requirements
- Hands-on HR experience across recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, leave, engagement, documentation, performance management, and UAE HR administration.
- Support compliance with UAE employment requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee information.
