Finance Consultant - Client Facing

Role overview

Sales and business development

• Identify and generate business opportunities for accounting, VAT, and corporate tax services.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their needs, and pitch tailored financial and taxation solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements; convert leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain client relationships to encourage retention and referrals and collaborate with internal teams on sales strategy.

Client and delivery coordination

• Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, support onboarding, respond to queries, and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate client requirements with accounting and tax teams, follow up on deliverables, and support issue resolution.
• Performance measures include sales targets, new clients, retention and satisfaction, communication quality, and revenue contribution.

Qualifications and requirements

• CA, Inter CA, or ACCA qualification, qualified or part-qualified, is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, audit, or finance; UAE experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax.
• Proven sales and business development experience or interest.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, or ERP systems is listed as an option.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
• Target-driven approach and ability to work under pressure.

Pay

• Pay is AED 2,500–5,500 per month.
