Role overview

Consulting and formation duties

• Advise clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore structures and consult on company formation requirements and UAE investment opportunities.
• Recommend options based on client objectives and business activities, and manage setup from initial consultation to incorporation.
• Coordinate trade license applications, visa processing, permits, regulatory approvals, and liaison with UAE authorities, free zones, and regulators.

Client, compliance, and business development

• Build client relationships, provide timely updates and after-sales support, and handle inquiries professionally.
• Stay current on UAE business laws, licensing rules, and compliance requirements; assist clients with legal obligations and coordinate with legal advisors, PROs, and government departments.
• Prepare and review formation documents, MOAs, service agreements, and forms; maintain complete documentation in CRM systems.
• Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research; achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Promote corporate tax registration, accounting and bookkeeping, VAT, AML compliance, Golden Visa, and business centre services.
• Develop relationships with government authorities, free zones, banks, and strategic partners and represent the company at networking events and forums.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of UAE Business Setup Consultancy experience and strong knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
• Understanding of UAE government procedures and regulatory frameworks; experience with CRM software and client management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously; a UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay and incentives

• Monthly pay is AED 3,000–8,000.
• The posting also offers an attractive commission structure.

• Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
