Job Purpose
The HR Manager / Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
The role will support workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management while ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and industry standards.
The HRBP will work closely with senior leadership and manage both on-site and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilitiesstrategic Hr Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to understand operational requirements and align HR strategies accordingly
- Work closely with **CEO and Group CEO** on strategic HR initiatives and business requirements
- Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Support change management and transformation initiatives
Stakeholder Management & Coordination
- Act as a central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment between HR, business, and operations
- Manage cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, matrix environment
- Ensure smooth communication and execution of leadership-driven initiatives
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead and drive **end-to-end recruitment**, ensuring timely closure of all open positions
- Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning and workforce strategies
- Oversee onboarding and employee integration processes
- Identify talent gaps and support internal mobility initiatives
Performance Management
- Drive goal setting and performance appraisal cycles
- Monitor KPIs and support performance improvement plans
- Coach managers on performance feedback and employee development
Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and grievances
- Conduct investigations and ensure fair resolution of issues
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
Compensation & Benefits
- Support salary reviews, benchmarking, and incentive structures
- Ensure alignment with internal compensation frameworks
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
- Support internal and external audits
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and support execution of L&D initiatives
- Drive leadership development and capability-building programs
- Evaluate training effectiveness
Hr Operations & Multi-Location Management
- Manage and support a **distributed workforce across UAE and offshore teams in Cochin**
- Ensure consistency in HR practices, policies, and employee experience across locations
- Oversee HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes
Hr Analytics & Reporting
- Track key HR metrics (turnover, engagement, hiring, performance, etc.)
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership for decision-making
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of HR experience, including HRBP exposure
- Experience in aviation, logistics, or service-oriented industries preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
