Job Purpose

To support the development and delivery of wellness programs that promote the physical, mental, and financial well-being of employees.

The Wellness Executive works closely with clients to coordinate wellness activities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure effective communication and engagement with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

o **Key Responsibilities & Duties - Wellness Program Support**

o Assist in the design and coordination of wellness initiatives tailored to client needs.

o Facilitate wellness sessions such as health screenings, stress management, fitness challenges, etc.

o **Client & Stakeholder Engagement**

o Act as a liaison between client HR teams and wellness service providers.

o Support ongoing communication with clients regarding program status, engagement levels, and feedback.

o **Program Monitoring & Reporting**

o Track participation rates and compile data for wellness program performance reports.

o Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of wellness initiatives using feedback and KPIs.

o **Vendor & Resource Coordination**

o Coordinate with external wellness vendors for scheduling and delivery of services.

o Ensure services align with client goals and quality expectations.

o **Communication & Awareness**

o Assist in executing wellness communications plans using emailers, posters, and internal platforms.

o Promote wellness program participation through campaigns and awareness drives**.**

o **Training & Knowledge Building**

o Help organize training sessions for client teams on available wellness resources.

o Stay updated on wellness trends to contribute new ideas and initiatives.

o **Compliance & Best Practices**

o Support compliance by ensuring wellness activities meet local regulations and client-specific standards.

o Maintain documentation and records for wellness activities and evaluations.

Daily Duties

o **Primary Duties**

o Coordinate logistics for wellness workshops and activities.

o Maintain wellness calendars and ensure timely execution of scheduled events.

o Assist in gathering employee feedback and survey responses.

o Prepare routine updates and dashboards on wellness participation and outcomes.

o **Secondary Duties**

o Support internal teams in aligning wellness with broader HR initiatives.

o Contribute to wellness content creation for newsletters and awareness campaigns.

o Address basic client inquiries and escalate complex matters to the Wellness Manager.

o Required Skills & Competencies - Technical Skills

o Basic knowledge of corporate wellness planning and implementation.

o Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.

o **Soft Skills**

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Good time management and coordination abilities.

o **Core Competencies**

o Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

o Initiative: Proactively contribute ideas and identify improvement areas.

o Flexibility: Adapt to client-specific requirements and changes.

Educational Qualifications

o **Essential Qualifications**:

o Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

o Certification in Health & Wellness, Fitness Training, or related areas (preferred).

o **Preferred Qualifications**

o Training in Mental Health Awareness, Employee Engagement, or Wellness Coaching.

o Knowledge Requirements

o Familiarity with wellness trends and corporate well-being strategies.

o Awareness of UAE workplace wellness practices and regulations (preferred).

o Develop client-specific wellness reports highlighting progress and areas of improvement.

Working conditions

· Sunday FIXED OFF and Alternative Saturdays

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Education

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience

  • Corporate Wellness account handling : 3 years (Preferred)

Language

  • Hindi & English (other language are added advantage) (Preferred)
  • Willingness to travel:
  • 75% (Preferred)
