HR Manager – Construction Industry (Dubai Experience Required)
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for a leading construction company in Dubai.
Key Requirements
- Minimum **8 years of HR experience in the Dubai construction industry**
- Strong knowledge of **UAE Labour Law** and HR best practices
- Experience handling:
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Employee relations
- Performance management
- Payroll coordination
- HR policies & compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- **Immediate joiners preferred**
