Asst. HR Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing overall HR operations and administrative activities
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally
• Maintain HR records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement activities
• Prepare HR reports and support management with HR-related tasks
• Assist in visa processing, insurance coordination, and employee benefits administration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the security services industry is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
