We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager to join our team in Dubai and support our business through strategic and operational HR leadership.

As an HR Manager at Marsh Dubai, you will serve as a trusted advisor to People Managers across the region, providing expert guidance and support across a broad range of HR functions.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality HR services and programs that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance with local regulations.
