Assistant HR Manager

Overview

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support day-to-day HR activities across multiple school catering sites
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff inductions in line with UAE labour requirements
• Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and provide practical HR guidance
• Support employee relations matters, including attendance, performance, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure all employee records are up to date and compliant with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE requirements
• Coordinate visa, onboarding documentation, and employee file management
• Work closely with Area managers to support staff engagement and retention
• Assist in coordinating training and development initiatives
• Support payroll processes, including timesheets, leave tracking, and support Area Managers in assigning staff schedules

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in UAE
• Good working knowledge of **UAE Labour Law**, visa processes, Safer Recruitment and HR compliance
• Experience in catering, hospitality, F&B, or multi-site operations is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a multicultural workforce
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional, approachable, and able to handle sensitive matters confidentially
• CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is an advantage
• Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
