Experienced HR Manager responsible for leading all HR functions and day-to-day HR operations.
Work location is in person.
HR operations and employee support
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Manage contracts, leave, attendance, payroll coordination, benefits, and personnel records.
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
Compliance, development, and team leadership
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws and applicable employment regulations.
- Develop employee engagement, retention, performance-management, and talent-development initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure effective performance and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements
- At least 14 years of HR experience in the UAE; UAE experience is mandatory.
- Strong HR management and leadership skills and excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and regulations.
- Proven recruitment and talent-acquisition experience; strong employee-relations and conflict-resolution experience.
- Solid understanding of HR operations and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills; able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
