Key responsibilities
- Lead HR functions and day-to-day operations; develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution; provide HR guidance to management and employees.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws and applicable employment regulations.
- Manage employee contracts, leave, attendance, payroll coordination, benefits, and personnel records.
- Develop employee engagement, retention, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, maintain accurate HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 14 years of HR experience in the UAE; UAE experience is mandatory.
- Strong HR management and leadership skills and excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and regulations.
- Proven recruitment and talent acquisition experience; strong employee relations and conflict-resolution experience.
- Solid understanding of HR operations and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills; able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 20,000 per month.
