Lead HR operations and manage the employee lifecycle while supporting business objectives and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day HR functions and develop aligned policies, procedures, and strategies.
- Manage recruitment from sourcing and interviewing through selection and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Manage contracts, leave, attendance, payroll coordination, benefits, and personnel records.
- Develop engagement, retention, performance-management, and talent-development initiatives.
- Advise management and employees; lead and mentor the HR team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 14 years of HR experience in the UAE; UAE experience is mandatory.
- Strong HR management and leadership skills and excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Laws.
- Proven recruitment and talent-acquisition experience, plus strong employee-relations and conflict-resolution experience.
- Solid understanding of HR operations and best practices; effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Pay
- AED 10,000–20,000 per month.
