HR Manager role requiring at least 14 years of HR experience in the UAE.
Leads HR functions and daily operations, aligning HR policies and strategies with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR functions and day-to-day HR operations; develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies.
- Manage recruitment from sourcing and interviewing through selection and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws and applicable employment regulations.
- Manage contracts, leave, attendance, payroll coordination, benefits, and personnel records.
- Develop engagement, retention, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Advise management and employees; lead and mentor the HR team.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 14 years of HR experience in the UAE; UAE experience is mandatory.
- Strong HR management and leadership skills and excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and regulations.
- Proven recruitment and talent acquisition experience; strong employee relations and conflict-resolution experience.
- Solid understanding of HR operations and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills; able to work independently and manage priorities.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
