About This Role
Overview
The HR & HCM Data Analyst is a critical programme resource responsible for the end-to-end data migration workstream covering all HR, payroll, and workforce data.
This role owns the extraction, analysis, mapping, cleansing, and validation of all HR data from Smart HR into Oracle HCM Cloud.
The role requires a unique combination of HR domain knowledge, UAE Labour Law awareness, payroll data expertise, and Oracle HCM technical proficiency.
As Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll will be the system of record for UAE WPS-compliant payroll from go-live, the accuracy of migrated HR and payroll data is a non-negotiable business and regulatory requirement.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in HR data, payroll data, or HRIS implementation roles
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud data loading (HDL, HSDL, or HCM Data Loader)
- Solid knowledge of HR data structures: employee records, org hierarchy, jobs, grades, compensation, and payroll elements
- Experience migrating data from HRIS/payroll systems (Smart HR, SAP HCM, Oracle PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar)
- UAE Labour Law knowledge: EOSG, leave entitlements, WPS, visa/residency data, MOHRE requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced: Power Query, pivot tables, data validation, large dataset handling)
- SQL querying skills for HR data extraction and validation
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee data with absolute discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
