HR Generalist
About This Role
We are seeking an HR Generalist with experience across core HR functions, including payroll, government relations, operations, and recruitment, to join one of Tawzea’s subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Handle government relations (GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, etc.) , including employee documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee HR operations , including medical insurance administration, attendance and leave management, employee registration, and maintenance of HR records.
Key Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance.
- Experience with HR systems and payroll software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Arabic & English proficiency.
