HR Generalist

· Aviation (Airlines, Airports, CAA, ATM/CNS, etc.)

· Maritime (Port terminals, Port Authority's, maritime companies)

· Land transportation (Intermodal, Railways, Highways, Urban transport)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, including screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, ensure accurate job postings across platforms, and manage recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics.
• Support core HR operations including employee lifecycle management, HR policy development and implementation, and performance management processes.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture, including conflict resolution and employee relations guidance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and recruitment effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation, and support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); postgraduate qualification in HR is a plus
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in recruitment and HR roles
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
• Proven experience in people management and HR operations
• Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Spanish is highly valued)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in strategy and management consultancy
• Familiarity with DMCC processes and regulations
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
