HR Executive - Fresher role supporting recruitment and HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, HR documents, personnel files, and databases.
- Support onboarding, joining formalities, employee queries, and day-to-day HR administration.
- Assist with attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other HR activities.
- Coordinate HR requirements with management and internal teams.
- Prepare HR reports, assist with policies and procedures, and support engagement initiatives.
- Ensure confidential records, documentation, and follow-ups are handled accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–4 years of relevant HR experience; UAE experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Knowledge of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or similar.
- Knowledge of HR administration, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization, coordination, follow-up, confidentiality, and prioritization skills.
- UAE HR or labour-law knowledge is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,000–2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person; Dubai is preferred.
