About This Role


We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies.


Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring) for technical, administrative, and operational roles

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain recruitment pipelines using HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho People or similar)

  • Prepare job descriptions, schedule interviews, and facilitate offer rollouts

  • Oversee onboarding processes including documentation, orientation, and system setup


HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in HR systems

  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, salary letters, experience certificates, and contracts

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law / DIFC regulations, including policies, contracts, and leave management

  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and employee lifecycle processes

  • Support payroll processing, payslips, and coordinate with finance for settlements and expenses

  • Handle visa, immigration, and medical insurance processes


Employee Engagement & Performance Management

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee queries and workplace matters

  • Support goal setting, KPIs, and performance tracking across teams

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team events, and wellbeing programs

  • Conduct feedback sessions, surveys, and support HR audits

  • Assist in organizing training sessions and internal knowledge-sharing programs


Employee Relations & Workplace Management

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations with professionalism

  • Monitor employee performance (including sales or operational teams where applicable)

  • Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook are updated and implemented effectively

  • Maintain confidentiality and promote a positive work environment


Payroll, Attendance & Administration

  • Oversee payroll inputs, salary adjustments, deductions, and penalties

  • Manage attendance, absence tracking, and vacation planning across departments

Assist with budgeting, office administration, and HR-related reporting


Exit & Offboarding Management

  • Manage resignation processes, exit interviews, and final settlements

  • Ensure timely offboarding, including access revocation and documentation

  • Handle post-exit formalities such as visa cancellations and compliance requirements
