This role is ideal for a professional who can support recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while helping to build a productive and positive workplace within a fast-growing logistics organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance management, leave administration, and payroll coordination.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
- Coordinate training programs and employee development activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Assist management with workforce planning and performance management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
