About This Role
Job description
As HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all HR functions related to our MEP division. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for MEP positions.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide support to managers and employees.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist, preferably in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
