We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Kitchen Manager to join our growing pizza brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and fast service
- Coordinate kitchen staff during busy hours
- Monitor food preparation and kitchen cleanliness
- Help reduce food waste and control kitchen costs
- Support inventory control and stock organization
- Maintain kitchen SOP and hygiene standards
- Assist in training kitchen staff and improving workflow
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurants, pizza shops, or fast food kitchens
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Experience in delivery-focused restaurants is a plus
Aed 3,200 – Aed 3,500
Including accommodation and transportation
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED3,200.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
