About Us
London Pools Maintenance LLC is a growing company specializing in pool maintenance, repairs, renovation, lighting solutions, equipment installation, leak detection, and commercial & residential pool services across Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and secure new clients.
- Visit villas, residential compounds, hotels, resorts, sports clubs, and property management companies.
- Promote pool maintenance contracts, repair services, and renovation projects.
- Conduct site visits and assist in preparing quotations.
- Follow up on quotations and close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Prepare weekly sales activity reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in swimming pools, facilities management, MEP, maintenance, landscaping, or construction is preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi market is an advantage.

- Basic Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 (Based on Experience)
- Sales Commission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
