d HR Employee Relations Officer to join our Human Resources team in Qatar.
This role will support employee relations and HR operations activities, ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative capabilities, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and experience managing government-related HR processes within Qatar.

- y.Assist in addressing employee concerns and escalate issues when necessar
- y.Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within SAP HR system
- s.Generate HR reports, trackers, and workforce data analysis using Exce
- l.Ensure proper filing, documentation, and compliance with company policie

Employee Lifecycle Managem
- entManage end-to-end employee separation and offboarding process
- es.Coordinate employee clearance procedures with relevant departmen
- ts.Prepare HR letters and official correspondence in both Arabic and Engli

Government Relations & Immigration Sup
- portProcess QID applications, renewals, transfers, cancellations, and related documentat
- ion.Coordinate medical examinations, biometric appointments, and other government-mandated procedu
- res.Liaise with Government Affairs teams and external authorities to ensure timely completion of employee transacti

Qualific
- ationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
- field.3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR Operations, or Government Rela

- SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reporting & Ana
- lysis).Working knowledge of SAP HR and/or SuccessF
