Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-orien

te

d HR Employee Relations Officer to join our Human Resources team in Qatar.

This role will support employee relations and HR operations activities, ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative capabilities, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and experience managing government-related HR processes within Qatar.

Employee Relations & Hr Operatio

  • nsSupport daily employee relations activities and respond to employee inquiries professionally and confidentiall
  • y.Assist in addressing employee concerns and escalate issues when necessar
  • y.Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within SAP HR system
  • s.Generate HR reports, trackers, and workforce data analysis using Exce
  • l.Ensure proper filing, documentation, and compliance with company policie

Employee Lifecycle Managem

  • entManage end-to-end employee separation and offboarding process
  • es.Coordinate employee clearance procedures with relevant departmen
  • ts.Prepare HR letters and official correspondence in both Arabic and Engli
  • sh.

Government Relations & Immigration Sup

  • portProcess QID applications, renewals, transfers, cancellations, and related documentat
  • ion.Coordinate medical examinations, biometric appointments, and other government-mandated procedu
  • res.Liaise with Government Affairs teams and external authorities to ensure timely completion of employee transacti
  • ons.

Employee Benefits Administr

  • ationSupport employee medical insurance administration and related documenta
  • tion.Assist with employee-related administrative processes and HR service deli
  • very.

Qualific

  • ationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
  • field.3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR Operations, or Government Rela
  • tions.

Technical

  • SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reporting & Ana
  • lysis).Working knowledge of SAP HR and/or SuccessF
  • actors.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applic
