Overview
Handle day-to-day tasks, such as updating staff files and documentation.
Daily check expired documents for staff.
Prepare a file for the renewal of the expired documents.
Collect staff documents: Passport, Visa, Emirates ID, Labor Card, Photo, ADEK approval, Degree, Sponsor document.
Tracking daily attendance
Be aware of the process during leaves of HR Lead
Filling and maintaining organized confidential staff files.
Collecting documents/receipt from the employee.
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
Integrity; professionalism; strong work ethic; collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to work at a fast pace with minimal supervision; adaptability; and willingness to learn and improve in all aspects of the position
Ability to work under pressure, with extended working hours
