About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented **HR Assistant** to join our growing team in the maintenance, fit-outs, and renovation industry.
The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, employee management, and administrative functions while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and support payroll coordination
- Handle visa processing, labor documentation, and HR compliance requirements
- Coordinate with site supervisors, employees, and management
- Provide support in daily HR and administrative activities
- Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of HR documents
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar HR role
- Experience in the maintenance, fit-outs, construction, or renovation industry is an advantage
- Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
