We are seeking a motivated
HR Assistant
(UAE National) to join our Human Resources team.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are looking to build a strong foundation in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
- Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support attendance, leave management, and HR reporting
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Assist in preparing HR documents and presentations
- Handle basic employee queries and support HR communication
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR information
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
