We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Female HR Assistant (Fresher/Intern) to join our HR team in Dubai.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and documentation of new joiners.
- Prepare HR-related reports and recruitment trackers.
- Handle job postings on recruitment portals and social media platforms.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Freshers and interns are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hindi-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
