About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in the aesthetic/beauty industry to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in promoting aesthetic treatments, managing clinic branding, and driving patient acquisition through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote aesthetic services (dermatology, skincare, laser treatments, cosmetic procedures).
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate quality leads.
- Oversee content creation including posts, reels, blogs, and promotional campaigns aligned with brand identity.
- Monitor and optimize SEO performance to improve website ranking and visibility.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with clinic team for offers, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Manage online reputation, reviews, and patient feedback across platforms.
- Stay updated with latest trends in aesthetic and digital marketing industries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in aesthetic clinics, dermatology, or beauty industry.
- Proven experience in social media management and paid advertising.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Experience with content creation, branding, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with aesthetic clinics or cosmetic brands.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and patient behavior.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills is a plus.
