Overview
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Dermatology Nurse to join our medical and aesthetic clinic in Qatar.
The successful candidate will assist dermatologists in medical and cosmetic procedures, provide exceptional patient care, and ensure compliance with Qatar healthcare standards and infection control protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dermatologists during consultations, examinations, and dermatology procedures.
- Prepare patients for treatments and explain procedures, risks, and aftercare instructions.
- Assist with laser treatments, chemical peels, PRP, skin rejuvenation, Botox, and filler procedures.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments.
- Administer prescribed medications and topical treatments.
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and post-procedure follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure proper sterilization of equipment and adherence to infection control standards.
- Educate patients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and post-procedure care.
- Manage dermatology supplies, consumables, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid Nursing License.
- QCHP/MoPH License or Eligibility for Qatar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dermatology, Aesthetic, or Laser Clinics.
- Experience with laser procedures and aesthetic treatments is preferred.
- Valid BLS Certification is an advantage.
- Strong communication and patient-care skills.
- Good English language skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of dermatology and aesthetic procedures.
- Experience with laser hair removal and skin treatments.
- Familiarity with Botox, fillers, PRP, chemical peels, and acne treatments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Excellent patient counseling and customer service skills.
