Wellness Counsellor / Sales Manager (female only )

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients regarding wellness, slimming, skincare, laser, or aesthetic treatments.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable treatment packages.
• Handle walk-in clients, consultations, and follow-ups professionally.
• Achieve individual and center sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Coordinate with therapists, doctors, and clinic staff for smooth client experience.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and conversions effectively.
• Maintain accurate client records and daily sales reports.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in wellness, healthcare, aesthetic clinic, gym, spa, or sales industry preferred.
• Strong sales and counselling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of skincare, slimming, laser, or wellness services is an advantage.
• UAE experience will be preferred.
