About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive (CCE) for our aesthetic clinic in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and experience in handling clients in a clinic, healthcare, beauty, or luxury service environment.
The candidate will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, booking appointments, promoting clinic services, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in client inquiries professionally.
- Explain clinic treatments, packages, and promotions to clients.
- Convert inquiries into appointments and sales.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients for repeat business.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling with doctors and therapists.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM/system.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve client concerns promptly.
- Support front desk operations whenever required.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Promote clinic memberships, treatment packages, and upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an aesthetic clinic, beauty clinic, healthcare, or luxury hospitality industry.
- Strong sales and conversion skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently.
- Experience using CRM or appointment booking systems is preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
