About This Role

Overview

We are hiring - HR Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles including site-based positions
  • Source candidates through job portals, databases, and referrals
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and records
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Coordinate onboarding processes including documentation and joining formalities
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of HR/Admin experience, with a focus on recruitment
  • Experience in manpower supply or construction industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to join immediately
