Overview
We are hiring - HR Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles including site-based positions
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, and referrals
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases and records
- Prepare and post job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Coordinate onboarding processes including documentation and joining formalities
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR/Admin experience, with a focus on recruitment
- Experience in manpower supply or construction industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to join immediately
