Job Purpose
The **HR Administrator** acts as the operational backbone of our human capital framework, directly supporting the engineers, site supervisors, and technicians who execute our high-end contracting and FM operations.
This role demands meticulous control over payroll execution, rapid technical recruitment, and strict compliance with UAE labor laws.
By ensuring seamless employee workflows, visa processing, and policy enforcement, you enable our operational divisions to mobilize resources without delay and maintain continuous field productivity.
Core Technical & Operational Responsibilities
- **Payroll & Recruitment Execution:** Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for specialized technical roles and execute accurate, timely payroll processing in strict compliance with the UAE Wage Protection System (WPS).
- **Visa Processing & PRO Support:** Actively track and manage all employee visa statuses, medicals, and Emirates IDs. Provide critical support to the Public Relations Officer (PRO) to expedite labor quotas, visa renewals, and cancellations for a dynamic technical workforce.
- **Employee Workflow & Task Assignment:** Monitor employee onboarding and operational workflows, assigning necessary tasks and ensuring that field staff and office personnel are fully integrated into our internal CRM and operational systems.
- **Documentation & HR Policy Enforcement:** Maintain highly organized, secure, and compliant personnel files. Enforce company HR policies, ensuring that all employee data is handled with strict confidentiality and process integrity.
- **Employee Relations & Engagement:** Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving employee grievances and understanding workforce needs. Design, manage, and execute in-house events to foster engagement and morale across both corporate and site-based teams.
- **CRM & Data Integration:** Ensure HR data flows seamlessly between the Operations and Accounts modules, utilizing the CRM to track employee mobilization and resource allocation.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of intensive HR Administration experience within the UAE, specifically within the Construction, Facility Management, or Engineering sectors.
- **Technical Knowledge:** Deep, functional expertise in UAE Labor Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS payroll processing, and visa/immigration procedures.
- **Software Proficiency:** Advanced, hands-on experience with dedicated HRIS/Payroll software and enterprise CRM systems (such as ZOHO CRM) to manage employee data and workflows.
- **Operational Skills:** Exceptional organizational capabilities with a proven track record of multitasking between administrative compliance, PRO coordination, and employee relations.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Reporting Line
This position reports directly to the **HR Manager** or **Operations Head**.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
