About Battmobile

With over 150,000 satisfied customers, we specialize in emergency and preventive automotive services delivered directly to our customers' locations and through our service center in Al Quoz.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our growing team and support our people operations across the organization.

1. HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR-related documents.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
  • Coordinate visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and medical requirements with the PRO.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.

2. Payroll & Attendance Support

  • Review attendance records, timesheets, and overtime reports.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance team to ensure timely salary processing.

3. Employee Relations

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities.
  • Assist in resolving employee concerns and grievances.
  • Monitor employee conduct, punctuality, grooming, and policy compliance.

4. Recruitment

  • Post vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Manage recruitment trackers and candidate communications.
  • Support offer rollouts and pre-joining formalities.

5. Offboarding & Compliance

  • Coordinate employee exit formalities, clearances, and asset handovers.
  • Process visa cancellations and access deactivation.
  • Assist with final settlements and exit interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

6. Facility & Office Administration

  • Monitor office cleanliness and workplace upkeep.
  • Manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
  • Coordinate maintenance and facility-related requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, Administration, or Recruitment.
  • Basic understanding of UAE Labour Law and employment documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; Hindi and/or Arabic is an advantage.
