Role Overview
The Parts Advisor plays a critical role in ensuring the right parts are available at the right time to support service efficiency.
This role directly impacts job completion time, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for sourcing, pricing, inventory accuracy, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Source automotive parts for multi-brand vehicles with accuracy and speed
- Coordinate with suppliers and dealerships to ensure timely availability
- Maintain optimal inventory levels (avoid overstocking & stock-outs)
- Track parts usage, movement, and consumption trends
- Ensure correct parts are issued against job cards
- Negotiate pricing and maintain cost control without compromising quality
- Handle urgent/emergency parts requests for onsite service teams
- Maintain accurate records in inventory systems
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for requirements
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of parts
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Parts Advisor in automotive service centers
- Strong knowledge of multi-brand automotive parts and systems
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Good supplier network in UAE is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in multi-brand or high-volume workshops
- Familiarity with OEM and aftermarket parts sourcing
- Basic technical understanding of automotive repairs
