We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Associate to join our growing team.
In this role, you will support the day-to-day HR and administrative operations of the business, ensuring processes run smoothly while providing support to employees and the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring all documentation is completed.
- Manage medical insurance enrolment and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll preparation
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and administrative matters.
- Assist with visa, iqama, and other employee-related documentation, as required.
- Organizing corporate events and internal projects
- Coordinate and manage office administration activities, including office supplies, maintenance, vendor communication, calendar management, meeting coordination, workflow organization, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
- Assist with company licenses, registrations, and other compliance-related documentation.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks when required.
- Ensure HR and administrative records are maintained accurately and confidentially.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Chamber of Commerce, and other Saudi government platforms.
- Support banking-related administrative activities, including preparing required documentation, coordinating with banking representatives, and assisting with other banking requests as needed.
- Liaise with the Company’s legal and corporate service provider to coordinate corporate, regulatory, and government-related services, manage required documentation, and support other legal and administrative matters as needed.
- Support with vendor registrations and proposal submissions.
- Ensure proposals are submitted accurately and within client deadlines.
Requirements
- Should be able to read, speak and write in Arabic and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Saudi national
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
