We are looking for a talented Associate interested in developing a career in communications advisory.
The ideal candidate should have strong writing, research, and organisational skills, with an interest in communications, financial markets, media, and corporate reputation.
This role is suited to candidates looking to build foundational consulting experience within a fast-paced advisory environment.
Key Responsibility
- Day-to-day account support
- Support day-to-day account management across multiple clients, ensuring tasks are delivered accurately and on time
- Attend client meetings where applicable, support follow-up actions and reporting
- Stay informed on market developments, financial news, and industry trends relevant to clients and sectors
- Daily, weekly and monthly client reporting
- Conducts research and monitors industry news relevant to clients, demonstrates strong ability to monitor wider intelligence around clients and industry/sector news and feed into team
- Content development
- Support with the development of integrated communication plans
- Draft press releases, briefing documents and other communications materials to a good standard
- Copywriting and content development (opinion pieces, feature articles etc.) in Arabic and English
- Media relations
- Builds strong relationships with key journalists across local, regional and international media – Arabic and English
- Demonstrates good understanding of the media landscape
- Regularly update and maintain media lists across clients
- Social media
- Support the development of social media content
- Able to monitor social channels using non-specialist monitoring tools
- Has a basic understanding of the digital landscape in relation to the communications industry.
- Has a base level of knowledge of the key social media platforms and the mechanics of basic use (LinkedIn, X, and Instagram)
- Understands key social media campaign metrics and is able to draft activity reports with accurate integrated digital metrics, with minimal guidance
- New business development
- Contributes to new business proposals and pitch presentations by providing support to colleagues, including media and client sector research
- Assist in preparing presentations, credentials, and the overall proposal
Requirements
- Should be able to read, speak and write in Arabic and English
- Saudi national, based in Riyadh
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 0–2 years of experience in communications, public relations, financial communications or a related field
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Understanding of integrated communications with PR & digital
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment
