- Key responsibility
- Project-manage client accounts end-to-end with support from junior colleagues and guidance from senior colleagues
- Ensure that deliverables are accurate and of superior quality, setting the bar for the wider account team
- Build rapport with clients and become their trusted, go-to advisor, leveraging account leads as needed
- Contribute to growing the client portfolio, proactively sourcing and co-pitching for opportunities
- Develop communications strategies as well as proposals with support from the team
- Develop and help place both short- and long-form content for senior leaders
- Lead regular client meetings and monitor and manage project progress
- Represent and help raise awareness of the firm in the MEA region
- Support new business initiatives through RfP development and through your own network
Requirements
- Native-level in Arabic; proficiency in English.
- Saudi national, based in Riyadh
- Deep knowledge of and familiarity with working in the MEA region
- Exceptional attention to detail, skilled at time management, highly organized
- Strong and previously proven research, analysis, and critical thinking abilities
- Exceptional communications skills in a range of formats – from written to spoken
- Strong project as well as people management skills with the mindset of a team-player
- Prior MENA experience in strategic communications either with a consultancy or in-house
- Track record of success in business development – both reactive (RFPs) and proactive (leads)
- Client-orientation and agility, committed to meeting changing business and client needs as required
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally and work from client offices as and when necessary
