Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Partner Investor Relations role based in Dubai, Riyadh or Abu Dhabi.
The Associate Partner will lead and manage investor relations mandates, including developing IR strategies, messaging frameworks, and communication plans for clients in capital markets and private equity.
Responsibilities include advising senior client stakeholders on investor engagement, preparing investor presentations and reports, and coordinating earnings announcements, roadshows, and capital markets events.
The role involves conducting analytical reviews of financial performance, market trends, and investor feedback to inform client positioning and disclosure.
The Associate Partner will collaborate closely with colleagues across Strategic Communications, ESG, and Corporate Reporting to deliver integrated advisory solutions and will mentor junior team members to support project delivery and client development.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Investor Relations and Capital Markets, with the ability to design and execute effective IR programs.
- Advanced Analytical Skills related to financial statements, valuation, market data, and investor feedback.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to craft clear investor messaging and present to senior stakeholders.
- Practical knowledge of Investments and Private Equity, including deal structures, portfolio management, and fundraising dynamics.
- Experience in advisory, corporate IR, investment banking, asset management, or private equity is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are an advantage.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients, work collaboratively in multicultural teams, and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in dealing with market-sensitive information.
