The role oversees housekeeping operations and supports high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and assign duties to room attendants and housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness and presentation against hotel standards.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and compliance with hotel policies.
- Ensure rooms are cleaned properly and ready for guest check-in.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering on room status, maintenance issues, and guest requests.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, and equipment.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a five-star hotel is required.
- Two years of Housekeeping Supervisor experience and three years of hotel experience are listed as required.
- Good knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards and procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to supervise a team and work under pressure.
- Good command of English.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
