Responsibilities
- Direct housekeeping operations, including systems management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation.
- Uphold cleanliness, service, and product quality in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
- Partner with Property Operations and other departments on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects.
- Support engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition.
- Ensure health and safety compliance, especially in the use of chemicals and cleaning supplies.
