The Spa Manager oversees daily spa operations and contributes to memorable hotel guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets.
- Develop spa menus and marketing and merchandising strategies to support revenue and guest experience.
- Maintain spa facilities and equipment in clean, working order.
- Monitor service trends and guest feedback and implement improvements.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct evaluations, provide development opportunities, and recognize achievements.
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation compliance for guest and team member wellbeing.
