Spa Supervisor role overseeing daily health club operations and supporting memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support the Manager or Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa or salon.
- Train, schedule and supervise team members across fitness, spa and guest service roles.
- Step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and quality across guest touchpoints.
- Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management and tracking financial performance.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
