The Housekeeping Attendant maintains cleanliness and presentation across public and back-of-house areas.
Key responsibilities
- Clean public areas including restrooms, pool deck, cabanas, and guest-facing spaces throughout the day.
- Maintain back-of-house, staff facility, and storage area cleanliness and hygiene.
- Restock toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials in public and cabana areas.
- Respond promptly to spills, breakages, and cleanliness issues, particularly during high-volume periods.
- Manage laundry and linen for cabanas, sunbeds, and service areas where applicable.
- Follow cleaning schedules and checklists through day and night transitions.
- Report maintenance issues or damage promptly.
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
Ideal candidate
- At least one year of housekeeping, cleaning, or public area attendant experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality venue.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
