A Hotel Operations Supervisor at Katara Hospitality is responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring high-quality guest service.
The role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating departments, and maintaining smooth and efficient hotel operations.
Main Duties
- Supervise daily hotel operations across departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B)
- Ensure guests receive high-quality service and satisfaction
- Monitor staff performance and assign daily tasks
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues quickly
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure hotel standards, policies, and safety procedures are followed
- Support check-in/check-out and guest service activities when needed
- Prepare daily operational reports and handovers
- Assist in staff training and performance monitoring
- Maintain cleanliness, efficiency, and service quality across the hotel
- Pay: From QAR15,000.00 per month
