**Katara Hospitality** manages some of Qatar’s most prestigious luxury hotels and dining destinations, including Raffles Doha, Fairmont Doha, and Sheraton Grand Doha.
About the Role
- We are looking for friendly, professional, and service-oriented **Waiters / Waitresses** to join our hospitality team.
- In this role, you will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive and high-quality food and beverage service in a luxury hotel environment.
- What You’ll Do?
- Welcome and seat guests warmly and professionally
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently and courteously
- Prepare and reset tables before and after service
- Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
- Recommend menu items, desserts, and beverages when appropriate
- Assist with billing and payment processing when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous hotel or restaurant experience is preferred
Good English communication skills
Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation
Ability to work shifts and stand for long periods
Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
