Main role:
You are the first point of contact for guests and responsible for creating a professional, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
***1.
Guest handling***
Welcome guests warmly and professionally
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Provide room keys, hotel info, and directions
***2.
Customer service***
Answer guest inquiries and requests (rooms, services, attractions)
Resolve complaints quickly and politely
Deliver personalized service for high guest satisfaction
***3.
Front desk operations***
Manage reservations and bookings
Process payments, billing, and cash handling
Use hotel systems (e.g., Opera PMS)
Maintain records and guest accounts accurately
***4.
Coordination***
Communicate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B teams
Ensure guest requests are fulfilled smoothly
***5.
Knowledge & professionalism***
Know hotel services, promotions, and local attractions
Maintain guest privacy and follow hotel policies
Skills & Requirements
Good English communication (Arabic is a plus)
Customer service experience (1–2+ years preferred)
Hospitality degree/diploma (advantage)
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Professional appearance and attitude
