As the face of the hotel, you will be responsible for driving service excellence, maximizing profitability, and managing a diverse team.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the hotel.
- Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage budgeting and financial planning to meet performance targets and revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and train staff to enhance professional growth and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols within the hotel.
- Establish and manage relationships with external partners and vendors effectively.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively to maintain loyalty.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of hotel facilities and operations.
- Organize and lead meetings with heads of departments to align on objectives.
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of the hotel.
- Analyze performance data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar managerial role.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of hotel management best practices and regulations.
- Ability to manage budgets, financial plans, and perform financial analysis.
- Proficient in hotel management software and computer systems skillfully.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
