Job Summary
A prestigious Government Hotel in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of service excellence.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, operational expertise, and a proven track record in managing hotel operations within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality in line with government hospitality standards.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures.
- Lead, train, and develop hotel staff to maintain high professional standards.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, health & safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with government entities and stakeholders as required.
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
& Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager within the UAE .
- Strong knowledge of UAE hospitality regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-department operations.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
